Anna trained and qualified as an architect, learning to connect ambitious ideas with complex constraints, human needs and structures that must work in the real world.

Her career expanded into marketing leadership, entrepreneurship and work as a CMO. The change was not a rejection of architecture, but an evolution from designing physical environments to designing clearer systems, businesses and futures.

An early adopter of generative AI, Anna began testing how the technology could support thinking, communication, productivity and transformation for non-technical professionals. She founded Markitect in 2023 to help leaders and organisations build practical AI capability.

Anna has trained more than 5,000 professionals, including more than 500 executives, senior leaders and business owners. She has worked with audiences ranging from individual strategy sessions to live rooms of more than 500 people.

Through The Impossible Entrepreneur podcast and the Architect Anna brand, she shares the reality of building ambitious work, testing new systems and adapting through uncertainty. She released 310 podcast episodes in 18 months before moving to a weekly publishing schedule.
